I got such overwhelming feedback from my Southern Pines Beanie, that I just HAD to do more like it. Presenting! the Southern Pines Ear Warmer! This scrumptious headband is super quick and easy, and it MIGHT be replacing its beanie brother as my favorite pattern that I’ve ever made. Its so fast and has so much texture that I can’t help but keep making them, I don’t even need more than one I literally just make them for fun.
I also think the headband would look incredible using a different color for the puff stitch rounds, but I haven’t tried that yet. I’ll be sure to add photos to my Instagram when I do so follow me if you want to see those!
This Ear Warmer is made by alternating two rows of half-double crochet, one row of puff stitches, with 11 rounds total, finishing with a round of single crochet.
